First of all: am I the only one who always wants to spell Guinness with just ONE “n”?? I have to go back and add a second one every time. Anyway, guys, we have a holiday sneaking up on us! March 17th is going to be awesome and here’s why: Finally, it’s St. Patrick’s Day! This is the first time I’ve ever celebrated St. Patrick’s Day as a vegetarian so I thought it would be fun to put together a sampling of meat-free recipes (made with Guinness beer!) that I could stuff my face with this year.
