How to Make Chicken Souvlaki

Step #1: Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large zip-top bag. Step #2: Add in the chicken and coat with the souvlaki marinade, squeeze out the excess air, and seal the bag. Step #4: Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
