This Cucumber Martini is going to become your new favorite summertime cocktail! Infused with fresh lime juice and basil leaves it packs a punch when it comes to flavor. I always want lots of flavor in my martinis like my Baileys Chocolate Martini and Sour Apple Martini and this drink is no different.
How to Make a Cucumber Martini
Step #1: Add fresh chopped cucumbers, fresh basil leaves, and simple syrup into your cocktail shaker. Simple Syrup – A hint of sweetness to round out the composition of the martini. Basil Leaves – Adds a bold, earthy flavor into the martini. Step #3: Next, add ice, vodka and lime juice into the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Adjust Basil Based on Preference – This recipe calls for 2 basil leaves, but leaves can be anywhere from tiny to giant. I like two average sized leaves because I love basil flavor. Note basil is a strong herb so be sure to use more or less based on your personal preference.
