I love that they are made with just a few ingredients – raw peanuts, butter, honey, and salt – and a little bit of time to roast in the oven. If you prefer them with just a hint of a spicy kick (I do!), then I absolutely recommend adding in the little bit of cayenne pepper! To make them, I preheat my oven and then melt my butter in a medium skillet set over medium heat. Then, I stir in my raw peanuts, honey, salt and cayenne pepper. This only takes a jiffy, but just make sure that you get your peanuts well coated. Then, I just pop my skillet into the oven and roast the peanuts until they are golden, about 20 minutes. These little honey roasted peanuts are perfect for just having around for a sweet, spicy and salty snack or for serving as a little nibble while watching the game. But, I have to tell you, once you start serving them when you have friends and family over, everyone looks for them when they come over! Here’s my Honey Roasted Peanuts Recipe. I hope you love them as much as we do! Enjoy!Robyn xo
