Honeyed Prosciutto Fig Flatbread Recipe
To make this delicious flatbread, you begin with your favorite flatbread. While you can certainly make your own, you can also use store bought for this recipe. I like to arrange my flatbread onto a pretty serving board or platter and then spread it with my ricotta cheese. Then, I pile on my prosciutto, fig slices and drizzle with honey. Then, I top it all off by sprinkling on chopped pistachios. Talk about heavenly! You can see just how easy it to whip together in below in my recipe video. Here’s my recipe. I hope you love it!
