I sort of embarrassed myself when I had my first sip. I’m not normally one to carry on dramatically about things. I’m more conservative in that regard. But let me tell you, this was the one time that anyone within the vicinity of me knew exactly how much I loved this punch. And, if by chance they didn’t hear me, they could easily see how much I loved it by the number of cups of it I had! Mrs. Agnes’ recipe was for a cold mocha punch that she served with huge dollops of whipped cream and shaved chocolate floating on the top. It was absolutely beautiful and perfectly frosty and frothy for a summer punch drink. I decided I wanted to change her version a little to serve as a warm punch, with a twist!
