on Apr 14, 2015, Updated Jun 30, 2023 10 Comments My family spent last week in Disney for our Spring Break. While we were there, we ate at all of our favorite restaurants, tried so many delicious new treats, and walked a gazillion miles! We loved it! One afternoon, I decided to hang back at the RV to catch up on a few things (like laundry!) while Bart and Sam went for swim at the pool. I knew they’d both come back hungry and our dinner reservations weren’t until late that evening so I whipped up this parmesan garlic bread bites recipe to hold us over. Oh my goodness gracious! Talk about being just the perfect thing! I cut large pieces of pizza dough that I’d made earlier and rolled them in melted butter in my skillet. Then, once I had all of the pieces arranged, I mixed together the garlic, parmesan, and parsley and sprinkled it on top of the pieces of pizza dough. Then, I baked it until the dough was cooked through and the cheese was mostly melted, about 12 – 15 minutes. I removed it from the oven and we dug in like we’d not eaten all day! You could easily serve this with a side of marinara or pizza sauce or even more melted butter with garlic, but we thought it was just perfect without anything else added to it. Here’s my Parmesan Garlic Bread Bites recipe. I think you will love them as much as we do! Enjoy! Robyn xo
