I love keeping favorite spice blends on hand so that I can quickly add them meats, poultry, seafood, veggies, and even to dressing to kick my salad up a notch or two. This Cajun Spice Mix definitely fits the bill for helping me toward my goal for a healthier me in 2012. It’s definitely a spice blend to keep stocked and ready to use.
